Jeff Seal Homes of Distinction - ID 3311 Field Trip

We don't feel like we are in Lubbock anymore - a trip to Provence!

The slate roof was one of the unusual exterior materials we saw.

We had the opportunity to tour a home under construction
as well as one finished and staged.

Jeff Seal discussed the "old world" construction techniques and
finishes he uses such as plaster walls and real wood plank floors
that are hand-scraped and finished on site. He also finds a
variety of interior and exterior applications for antique brick.

Every outdoor living space needs a fireplace.

Beautiful ceilings... beautiful ceilings....beautiful

The safe room in this home was a popular feature.

Refrigerators that look like armoires are common in Jeff Seal's homes.

This kitchen would awaken the inner chef in anyone.

Jamie and Abby are interior designers employed by Jeff Seal,
and both are graduates of the interior design program at Texas Tech.

Any guest would feel pampered in this bathroom.

Abby confesses to being a bit over-budget on this bedroom chandelier!
